The office of Controller of
Unauthorized Construction & Encroachments
is fully
equipped with tools and measures for removal
of unauthorized structures.
Three classes of constructions are termed as
Unauthorized.
1) Unlawfully erected without requisite permission.
2) By violating conditions of permission.
3) Constructing after revocation of permission.
The Department shall strive for excellence by:
- Working and acting in such a manner that all services rendered lead to efficiency, improved credibility and enhanced image of the Corporation.
